@Richard – Thanks, but no I meant, eligibility which is why the paragraphs beneath that heading talk about just because a font is available to use, doesn’t mean it will work or be the right one. So I said what I meant, and for that matter I also meant what I said. ;D lol

Good article, some useful stuff. Odd use of the word eligibility. Presume you mean legibility instead and in my book legibility and readability are the same thing anyway.
