These are good templates you can easily modify if you have photoshop.
I found these twitter cool backgrounds but these are not psd files just jpg ready to upload.

This is such an amazing post, especially seeing as how ive spent the entire night searching on how to set up a good Twitter background. Also the fact that you have the dimensions and bars setup, makes this post 10 times better.
